I just started using the sauna blanket and I suggest for users to slowly build up to high heat and longer duration. Also, I'm 5' tall and of medium build - the regular blanket feels perfectly sized for me. Anyone bigger than me, I would highly recommend to size up.
Anyhow, so far so good on the sauna blanket!
