This blanket is incredibly effective for relaxing my muscles and my mind. I have yet to stay awake the whole 45 minutes I am in it! Feel totally refreshed after my session. My inflammation is way down and I am sleeping better since I started using this product.

Notice a significant difference when I DON'T use my Biroremedy Sauna Blanket. My joint pain and overall achiness is reduced when I consistently use my blanket. Lifepro stands behind their lifetime warranty on the their products- make sure you register your products. I have multiple products for my personal use, and I have gifted Llfepro to family members.

At first, it didn’t seem like it was going to do anything, then I drifted off and when I woke, I felt awesome. Everybody’s experience is individual and personal, mine was an experience I wasn’t expecting. Two thumbs up would recommend to anyone.
