Great for DOMS

I have really bad delayed onset muscle soreness thanks to fibromyalgia every time I work out, and this has been EXCELLENT in helping that pain and inflammation. 40 minutes later, almost all my pain is gone.

I tried my sauna blanket for the first time this morning and it was amazing. I got the sweat I was looking for in the comfort of my home. I will be using this blanket often.
My only feedback is that I would have loved to get a bag to store it in but they only include them in the regular size.
