It delivers lovely heating.
I wish it was a bit longer - we are short people and my husband barely fits. And the placement of the control seems awkward as it’s closer to the feet and needs to be dragged upwards

This is my replacement of the infrared sauna blanket. Hopefully this one works longer than my last one did. I do sweat but the original one I got only lasted for about two weeks before it pooped out
