I used it two days in the row for 30 minute 140 temp. I slept better and when I woke up, my body is less sore.

I have fibromyalgia and it stinks. This blanket warms up nicely and gives me a nice feeling of relaxation. I only lay in it for 30 minutes so time will tell. So far so good. Hubby has Poly myalgia Rheumatica and he loved it and he never likes anything.
