I am struggling with swelling in my lower extremities and hoping that this blanket will release toxins to reduce that. So far so good! I love how easy it is to get in and relax while detoxing.

This bag is great I have used it twice already. 1st time 130 degrees for 30 minutes
2nd time 159 degrees for 39 minutes

I bought this for my wife. It last 6 uses before it quit working. The wires became exposed and frayed apart. This not only caused it to stop working but become a safety risk
