The first time I used the blanket it blew my mind. Very intense and it was a struggle staying in it for 25 minutes but I'm glad I did. I was amazed by how much liquid came out of me. Not so much the second time. Perhaps I didn't have enough fluids on board. Sleep is amazing. I'm very pleased with the product

First time using a sauna bag of any description or brand. I received it as a surprise gift. Felt really good afterwards and slept really well after using it in the first 2 days. Let's see if the long term gains are there.

I’ve used the sauna blanket 2x a week for 40 minutes and I’ve noticed less inflammation. Love that I can do this at home.
