Good concept

I’ve used the product twice and I must say it helped reduce acne ! I used it for neck pain as well but didn’t find it helped for that, but for the acne I did. I would’ve gave 5 stars but it broke after just 2 uses

My lamp won't stay upright once clamped it points down right away, so I have to hold it which is extremely uncomfortable, also it says on instruction book not to use on face but then has a person using on face in the above picture, so can it be used on face?

I bought the lamp to use on my face neck and other areas of my body. I feel this is a versatile product and I purchased on sale. A win win for me. I would purchase this product again.
