Good and decent

The red light lamp(bulb) itself is really nice. The fixture/clamp part is pretty flimsy. The weight of the lamp is too much to keep in certain positions. It's fine if you want the red light to point down. Doesn't work so well if you try to point the red light horizontally. I may buy a heavier duty fixture/clamp and put the red light bulb in it.

the warm glow of the red light rejuvenates my mood as well as my muscles. I do wish it had a better standing base instead of the clip but the bulb can be easily moved to a different lamp stand.
