I’ve only used it twice so far but it seems like it will help my lipedema (lymphatic fluid blockages) if I use it regularly. It feels really good and I can feel better circulation afterwards.

Spinergy Massage Gun puts a whole new spin on lymphatic drainage

I just received my Spinergy Massage Gun yesterday. I ordered it hoping to help my lipedema and lymphedema, work on my fibrosis and just for general wellness. I own 2 percussion style massage guns from Lifepro already, but I loved the rotary/orbital motion of the Spinergy, as it mimics (in a way) the motions of some of the manual lymphatic drainage techniques I use in my massage practice. My unit arrived fully charged, so I was able to try it out right away. I love it already! It's gentle, the heads feel soothing (even the "scary" looking one ?) and it moves lymph. My parents stopped by while I was using it, so they of course had to give it a spin. ? They liked it so much, they asked me to order one for them. So far, and I know I'm VERY early into it, I think it's going to be a great addition to my lymphatic care regimen!

I used it on my husband’s back who suffers from stenosis and degenerative disc disease. This device actually helped him within 5 minutes.
