I absolutely love the Roman chair. It’s helping me get my back, stretched out and making my core stronger. I go for walks and then when I come home, it helps me stretch out plus build more muscle in my glutes, my back and my abs.

My friend has one, and let me use it. My back was sore, so I gave it a try. It helped with my lower back soreness. Versatile machine! I have had 3 shoulder surgeries and can’t do normal push ups, this is going to help so much

Not that difficult to assemble except that some of the illustrations were so dark that had to try several angles to get the parts to mesh.

I liked how easy it was to put together. The wrenches provided weren’t very useful but if you had none other to use they would have worked.
