I finished setting it up within one hour. The assembly was easy because the instructions were very good. No special tools required. I started using it and it feels sturdy. Thank you LifePro Fitness.

I just put this together and tried it out now. The pictures of the pieces on the instructions could have been a bit more clear, but it still was very easy to put together. Hoping it will help with strengthening my back.

Simple Assembly

This equipment was simple to assemble. The directions were very clear. My favorite detail about this equipment is that the pad is in two pieces rather than one. It makes a workout more comfortable than others I purchased and returned like this that had one single pad.
