Broken base

Shortly after purchase, part of the base holding the decorative popsocket in place broke. Half of the small ring snapped off, so I am unable to use the popsocket. It is only slightly attached by one edge, no matter how I try to twist the popsocket on. Unusable right now.

Specifically wanted a lavender popsocket to go with my purple case… this popsocket is literally hot pink? Looks nothing like the color in the photo online. Disappointed.

I love the glowing Mickey! You do need to be in near total darkness in order to see the glow, but it’s there. Usual PopSocket sturdiness and durability. There are many imitators, but only one PopSocket!

Hi Audrey, thank you for taking the time to write a review. We recommend you to twist your PopTop only while expanded, then collapse it. The problem should be resolved by doing that.

Huge, clunky, falls off, doesn’t fit in any pop socket related items

Pretty upset with this pop socket. I bought it because it was super adorable but I hated almost every minute of having it on my phone. It was way bigger than I expected (much bigger than a normal pop socket) so it was clunky and inconvenient. It wouldn’t fit in my pop socket phone holder in my car, my pop socket wireless charger or even in my pocket. I had to constantly take it off which rendered it useless. Not to mention that the pop socket itself wouldn’t ever stay on. It fell off at least 5 times a day. Super annoying, not convenient and I would not purchase again, regardless of how cute it is.

I recently bought this from the website so I can use it for our Dland trip before the Halloween. It’s a cute design but the quality isn’t there. I almost lost this a couple of times because it won’t stay “locked” in place and would fall off. Please fix this issue for the future buyers!!
