Solar Panel Kickstand needs a lot of improvement

I bought my Ecoflow Pro, Wave, and solar panel system several months ago. The Pro unit seems great, the Wave needed a cable that finally arrived, and does cool very well. I think the main systems are the best on the market right now and the most innovative. This said, however, I think there are needed improvements in the little things. The instruction manual should go over every little part and port on the units and what they are used for. For example, that the extra battery port is also the port used to plug in the Wave. The "kickstand" for the solar panels is awful! Whatever stiffening material is inside, melted/warped in the hot sun here in Central California so I can't use it when it's hot (basically ALL summer) and prop the panels up on kid sized plastic lawn chairs instead, which works easier and better anyway. While using the "kickstand" it's extremely difficult to move the panel with the sun. They catch on the grass and bend and wave or scrape on the pool deck and get scuffed up. The ends of the panels are not supported and bed back and don't stay at the optimum angle to the sun. I'd really like a hard case for more protection of the panels, and a true stand solution. I also have a Lion Energy system and their case and stands are VERY good. If you need help with design of a new stand and/or case, I'm positive I could help you. A simple folding metal frame system would work as well as my little chairs. A MUCH longer charging cable is definitely needed. I bought one on Amazon so the Pro unit can be in the shade or even inside my home and the panels can be in the sun. I covered all the cables with swimming pool noodles (cut down the length to slip the cables in) to protect them from the extremely hot sun here and it worked great. I gave Ease of Use only three stars because of the hassle with the solar panels. If not for the awful "kickstand" I'd have given 5 stars. For the same reason, I only gave 4 stars for rating the fast charging system. Too much time was lost trying to get the panels set and the same for quality. The power units themselves get a definite 5 stars, but the panel stand system brings it all down. If the solar panel stand really worked and the instructions more thorough, I'd give 5 stars on everything.
The case to be used as a stand is a joke. I couldn't get it to work for me at all. I opted to just lay the panel flat on my back deck. The sun hits my deck from around 9am until 6pm. It is July so I'm sure that will change, but for now it is working for me. With all that said and done, I still am able to produce up to 310watts. I'm very happy with that. My TV, and my gaming laptop and 2 fand and 2 phone chargers only pull 170watts. So I am able to game and charge other items and have no worries of using more power than I am producing..
Works OK, a little heavy and I wish it away to stand it up at an angle, I havey another power station and the solar panels have some brackes that let you stand the pannel up.
Excellent Solar Panel, very good power output... when I tested, I was getting about 350 watts out of each panel, all without even trying hard to get the angle right. Would definitely recommend.
Very easy to set up and put away. A bit heavy but there's not much to be done about. The only reason I care about the weight was thatbI planned to doublenit as an awning on my van, but thebweight makes that impractical. Does everything its meant to.
