All good but one thing

Sounds good, noise cancelling good, but if you’ve ever owned apple stuff you know that your case can die and if your buds are still charged you can use them. Not the case here. If you have fully charged buds and your case dies you can’t even turn them on and it’s quite frustrating. Wouldn’t buy again for that reason.

Terrible charging

Despite my best efforts, the case seems to refuse to charge the earbuds if the case battery is at 50% charge. I'm on latest firmware, and I've checked for any applicable settings.

Stopped working in the right ear less than 3 months in. Got them replaced and then the left ear of that pair stopped charging after less than a week.

These headphones are not worth any attention. Complete garbage — the sound is terrible. I do not recommend them at all. They’re worth maybe $20. I don’t understand what happened to Sony. It’s a great brand, but these headphones are trash.
