The dryer is lightweight and has ample settings to dry a variety of clothing. The filter in the back needs to be reworked because is hard to grip and pull out to clean it every load. The belt squeaks a bit after its been running a long time. The venting location needs to have a bottom exit location and a top for better functioning options. The dryer hose that was included didn't wrk for us, we had to get a longer one to reach our vent out location.

Bought washer and dryer a couple weeks ago. When not in use, the washer slowly (but continually) fills with water. Didn’t realize this so when I opened the door it let a couple gallons of water out like a waterfall, which took hours to dry up. They’re sending a free part, which I have no idea how to install, but I’d much rather just have a good product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Installed the same day we received in mail, delivery was very quick. Ran two loads of laundry so far and worked great. Seller has checked on me multiple times to make sure all is going well. So far only good things to say about the experience.
