I absolutely loved this chair when I bought it a year or so ago. However, weather and sun took ahold of the cushion and umbrella eventually and they need to be replaced now. However, there is no option to purchase a replacement cushion or umbrella with this company. Now, I'm stuck with the chaise frame and the only option to get a replacement for each of these items is to buy the entire package again. Not a happy camper!

The canopy does not hold up even when closed the metal that canopy bends easily I fixed it several times but eventually it was too bent to put canopy back called BCP and they do not have replacement parts unless it’s under warranty so if you buy it and canopy is broke you cannot replace it not a good policy do not buy it from this company there are others who make a similar one I will have to try to order parts from them. I did not want the parts for free !

Bought this barely used. bottom bar bent and there is no way to get a replacement part (or replacement cushions). Not worth the money,

Rusted and fail holding 125 lbs human

I had purchased the chair as Christmas gift for my daughter. After setting up in January she had enjoyed sitting on it for morning coffee until today when the bolt fell through the hole and she landed on the ground. The hole over the last 4 months got larger and allowed the head of hexagon bolt to go through. I also included pictures of beginning of corrosion at the frame body and ends . For outdoor furniture that should not happen in 4 months .
