Scratches easily

The function, design, and colour has been good for the most part. However, the colour is chipping off. It rubs off pretty quickly and this is why they are so cheap, because you need to replace the outer disk regularly. The fresh look diminishes within the first month.

Cute but different

The one I got is technically the same as the one in the picture, but there is so much sparkly glitter and so few other little bits, you can hardly see any of them. And that’s mostly why I got it. I got it as a gift for a friend and she will like it but it is different than what I was expecting, like in the picture.

Has a rough texture

Although the photos make it seem like the glitter is underneath a covering, it is not. The texture is very rough, and I’m worried about it ruining my leggings when I put my phone in my pocket. It’s pretty, but I’ve already scratched myself twice from two pieces of the glitter that are standig up.

I loved the Blue Bird, however I have the grip where you can replace the pop up and I must have ordered the wrong thing. I have been back on the site and can't determine what/which pop up to purchase that can be changed out. Could you give me the name of the pop up that can be interchanged? Thank you!
