This product has been a great addition to our home..but the screen came with no screen protector and damaged /scratched? Do is this a new machine? besides that..so far so good.

Immediately after using for 24 hours we noticed white gunk on furniture. This showed us what all the particles in the air. As it settles we are able to clean up. I have health issues and I am so excited to make our living environment healthier.

I have a respiratory condition that makes being in a room with an air purifier challenging (having tried more than a few). I had an intuition that this purifier might offer benefit without causing a reaction, and that is exactly what has happened. I can't say enough about it, expensive to be sure, but worth it.

I received this filter as a gift to help combat signifant dust and pet dander allergies. It is quiet, even when the unit senses a need to run the fans at a higher speed. It was packed very well and is very easy to use.
