I love the Colors of the World crayon packs I purchased for myself and therapist colleagues. But the shipping was poor-packaged in too large of a box and crayons case out of their individual boxes. Customer service did not even respond

I bought 10 boxes to give to toy drives at Christmas, so that all kids can draw pictures that look like them. I love all the different skintones, this was a much needed product. I will buy the "colors of the world" colored pencil set for myself as soon as they become available. (A Crayola rep told me skintone colored pencil and markers are coming soon)

Maybe I just got a bad box (I hope that’s the case). The colors had SO MUCH POTENTIAL, but the crayons themselves in my box were waxy and two snapped in half while I was using them. They might as well have been cheap off brand crayons you get with kiddie meals.
PLEASE release them as colored pencils! And fix the crayon formula because this box has so much potential and is so important.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Skin tones should be in the regular pack of crayon

I think it’s not right to have to buy a separate box of skin tone colors. I was enthusiastic to hear that Crayola had introduced this line, but better yet would be not to have to buy a separate box entirely, but for it to be included in the regular package of colors.

I am soooo looking forward to these! When will we be able to buy them? These Colors of the World Skin Tone Crayons are such an important and needed development to help us recognize and celebrate the range of human color. I can't wait to get some and share them with others!

I'd marked my calendar when these were initially announced, as I intend to gift a box to each member of my work team (all adults). We rather routinely participate in some crafting fun, and have Diversity as a required (and enjoyed) part of our ongoing training, so I think this will make a great co-worker gift for a group who truly understands "it's a small world after all".
