Lots of issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately, I'm having lots of issues with this device. I have to constantly restart and it seems I was sold a double Sim international phone that isn't as compatible in my country. Otherwise the screen clarity is awesome! All of the apps are fine and performance in general is okay.

The speed is slow

It seems that the speed and camera performance of the Galaxy A26 5G have not fully met your expectations. This device is designed for everyday tasks such as browsing, taking photos, and staying connected, and your feedback is invaluable in identifying areas for improvement.
If your device is running slowly or experiencing glitches, consider optimizing its performance by clearing its memory. Here’s how:
1. Go to **Settings**.
2. Swipe to and tap **Device care**.
3. Tap **Memory**, then select **Clean now** to free up memory by stopping background apps.
If you want certain apps to continue running in the background, you can tap **Excluded apps** and add your preferred apps to the list to prevent them from being closed during this process.
Additionally, restarting your phone occasionally can provide a more thorough memory clean. You can restart your device by swiping down from the top of the screen using two fingers to open the Quick settings panel, then tapping the **Power** icon. Select **Restart**, and tap **Restart** again. If prompted, you may need to enter your PIN or password once the reboot is complete.
