Great Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter and twin grandsons have fun playing on the toy laptop. It looks like a real lap tap. There are a lot of activities to do on the lap top. They are also learning things as they are doing the activities. Keeps them entertained for awhile.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 6 year old loves this. Perfect for my girl. She's not disturbing us any more, since she have her own toy laptop. One of the best toys I've ever bought. Performance is so great and lot of activities in it. Will definitely recommend to my friends kid with more or less the same age.

Little Difficult to Use

I love the fat that it has so many options, but there is something I noticed right off the bat that would be a learning problem. The display screen itself is very small and looks like it is an 8bit display. I was hoping for more of a learning tool, but even as a toy/game it is very limited with the exception of learning finger placement on a keyboard. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this if you have hopes of it being anything like a laptop computer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Kids 6 and 8 like it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My six year old boy and 8 year old girl like this toy. Their favorite thing to do on it is the music. It's pretty easy to use and doesn't take much help on my part. It has a nature, solar system, music, places, science, and games and brains feature. It helps kids learn in a fun way where they dont even know they are learning.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Too Simple and too complex

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's just not a compelling toy. We tried it with our 5 year old, and the games were too simplistic. Our 1 year old is too young. It isn't even really a laptop. The mouse doesn't do anything, neither do the keys. It reminds me of those old handheld games. There just isn't any interactive functionality. I don't know who this toy is for.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Discovery Exploration Laptop is great for young children to use as a learning tool. It is packed with different learning activities. Some of the activities are subjects such as Wild Nature, the Solar System, World Music, etc… It also includes some games. Although it has a real laptop look & feel, it is a learning toy with very basic features & the visuals are not very good. I appreciate that it has a full keyboard with a mouse which gives children a good way to practice typing and basic keyboard functions. This toy is suitable for ages 6+.

Nice toy for kids

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this toy computer laptop complimentary in exchange for my honest review. This computer is so cute! It makes my kids feel like they are doing work like daddy and makes them so happy. It also includes a mouse which is so cute. The games on here are pretty nice as well. You can learn to tell time, play instruments, learn about animals, learn to spell. It truly is a great learning device and is great for road trips to keep the littles busy.

It has a great variety of learning games in several different subjects. It is very easy for small children to navigate the menu and find their favorite games to play.
