Perfect for small jobs!!!

As a small HVAC company it is very important to watch our budget however wanting to make a large impact is important. It is something nice we can do for our customers who have a new system installed to put all of the information of the new product along with the warranty and registration into this very nice small 3 ring binder. Then the front of the binder has a clear sleeve where we are able to insert a color sheet of our company's logo name address phone number hours of operation and a schedule of maintenance dates. This binder can be kept with the furnace so all their information is at their fingertips when needed. If the customer sells that home in the future the new owners already have everything they need in a very nice and easy to use binder and hopefully we can develope a new relationship with the new owners. Thank you Staples for helping the little business man look so precessional.
