Good but has very delicate part on it

A good replacement for the older model High Capacity Stapler that was showing its age. It is easy to use easy to grip and has a nice over all look to it. The problem with this stapler though is that the part that you put the staples into is very delicate. There is a button on the back of it that is used to open said refill area of the stapler. If it taps anything the cartridge pops open and has to be pushed back into place. And this doesn't happen just a few times but quite often. I don't know if we got a defective one or its just built that way to make it super easy to get the cartridge chamber open for inserting more staples but that is a huge downside to this stapler if they are all this sensitive to the touch. Besides that its a great stapler but honestly if I found one that didn't have this quirk to it and worked just as well I would go with it as it can be annoying having to push it back in every now and then.

I tested on magazine 40+ pages didn't work. I also tested on copy paper 40+ pages works. I plan to use on copy paper. For now I think it's serve my purpose hope it continues to perform.

Definitely a light touch stapler with a clever cleat that lies flat and perfectly adjusts to 2 sheets of 20lb paper (up to 50 sheets if you use 3/8" staples rather than the recommended 5/16". Cannot use standard 1/4" staples but the longer ones aren't prohibitively expensive. My experience with other brands of light touch heavy duty staplers is that they break very easily and are almost impossible to repair. This stapler seems better-engineered but I'll trust it better if it's still working well next year.
