Ordered a stapler stapler remover (for large stapled items) and staples. It was exactly as described and works very well. Delivery was quick as well.

I've used the 3/8" staples in this and it barely staples 50 sheets.

I use this stapler daily to staple about 30 pages of card stock at a time and it works great! It took a couple uses to get the staples to lay flat on the back side but after 3 times they don't stick out and poke me anymore. It's great!

Great stapler until it breaks. Same part has broken off at least 3 times. So I won't be purchasing this model anymore.
