When it is necessary to staple documents that exceed just a few pages it is important to have the right tool. We were stapling documents of 30 pages and using a regular stapler. We had to have a hammer and another tool to tamp down every staple and often had to remove several attempts in order to get the staple to work at all. Finally we realized that there must be a better tool. So we went to Staples and purchased the High-Capacity Flat-Stack Stapler and the job became a piece of cake. People need to realize that there are tools out there that are designed for specific needs and it sure made the difference for us to find the right tool.
