I use a lot of these 3 ring binder for our electrical system reports within our electrical testing practice. Using the three rings versus other binding solutions has the advantage for replacing one or two revised pages quickly and easily. We create a nice customer report cover that fit in the front cover sleeve and also create a side label so when the binder sites on the shelf the report title (and our logo) is easily seen. I use the Staples 5 tab report dividers to define and label the various sections of the reports. This Staples product helps me deliver on our mission of being a premium services electrical contractor.

I was very disappointed in the quality of the binders. Pretty flimsy and am sure they will not hold up very well definitely not for daily use. Perhaps good for storage purposes.

These are good binders in the price range. The only thing I've seen wrong with them so far is that if you store them in their original box for a few months (i order them by the case) the clear windows will stretch out from the pressure from the way the binders are packed. So its a good idea to store them in a way that they don't touch each other. The clear view windows are made of somewhat flimsy plastic. Other than that the binders have worked well. The rings seem well constructed and the pockets are fine.
