Avery Clear Labels

The Avery clear labels must be one of the greatest and most clever office inventions ever. It is ingenious how much time they save when I need to create many tab labels at once. I just print, align them on the dividers, and press. So simple! And I love that they are clear so that our binders go out looking incredibly professional. No one would ever guess how easy it was for me with the help of Avery.

These labels are quick and easy to use. Printing them has always been easy but putting them on the divider tabs wasn't the easiest until now. You just line them up and press them to the tabs and pull away the excess. They are great!

In these economic times saving money for your company is a key component. I use these wonderful indexes for the binders that are given to new hires within the department and for creating any multiple subject binder that is needed in a snap. Rather than send the request out to a copy center which is costly, I create my own and print off several bunches at a time for use when needed. The Avery Label Dividers are very easy to set up for the printer and a breeze to attach to the tabs when I set up a "production" line to make binders , it goes very quickly. The dividers are part of my "needed" items to be able to perform my job.

My Use of the Label Dividers

I use mine for my college business courses. They are great, really stand up to the wear and tear of the semester. My only problem is that sometimes trying to get the insert of the tab into the slot can be difficult, but my hand are larger than average so maybe that doensn't help.
