Staples Standard Full Strip Stapler

I have had no difficulties with staples jamming or staples not penetrating through multiple pages of paper at one time. The stapler has worked up to expectations so far. However I have only attempted to staple approximately 12 - 15 pages at one time -vs- the 20 page capacity stated. I have used the bulk stapler for all other amounts in access of 15 pages.
