Frequently jams while stapling 2 pages of 20lb copy paper together. Total waste of money spend a couple bucks extra on the major brand.

Unfortunately the unit we received liked to jam and bend staples more than just giving a nice stapled corner. *sigh*

this product is a great value because the price is reasonable and works as well as others at a higher price. i do use it for my personal use and can not speak if it were to be used at a business. It is easy to refill and works well every time
