I can never find a stapler that will not mangle staples jam and will staple neatly opened or closed. I still haven't. Swingline is no better.

My wife just opened the stapler package last night and attemped to use it but the staples jammed in the cartride and she was NOT able to use it. I unfortunately threw away my receipt because Staples usually has decent products so I hope the store will honor the return of the product.

Great stapler I'm very happy with it. Great for bulletin boards since it opens 180 degrees. Therefore great for teachers.
