I use this product to help keep me orangized and to keep things that I need to save in a more orangized matter which helps me to be able find things better at a later date when I need something.

I use these to store reports and documents in notebooks that must be stored for at least three years (for government purposes). Hole punched documents tend to get ripped pages that fall out after the second time an auditor goes through the files. Saves you from lost documentation!
