These were used at a construction site. I used it to hang Danger and Caution signs. They were hung on barricade fencing around an excavation. They were held in place with two zip ties through the outer binder holes. Even though they were subjected to 20 mile ped hour winds and gusts to 35 miles per hour they held up without failure. Thanks for helping keep our site safe.
