We use these protectors in our Family Cook Book. If one should spill something on recipe sheet while preparing No Problem as the sheet wipes clean and recipe is protected. Maybe 50 plus sheets in our book and you get to use both sides.

I really like the high capacity of these sheet protectors. Unlike the single or only a couple of page capacity of the cheaper brands and versions that make those difficult to even insert the pages these protectors are easy to use.
