for the price it works better than some of the more expensive one touch staplers. no jams if you push the capacity of the 20 sheets the staples come out straight. One touch staplers are expensive but this is a great alternative if price is the issue and worth the money. The hidden staple holder that holds two rows of extra staples is awesome. When you pack your stapler to a different location and run out it's a pain but with the ability to hide two rows of staples you will never run out. Great job Staples.
