Staples Write-On BIG TAB Dividers

The dividers themselves are fine. One minor objection is that the "write-on tabs" are made of a clear plastic which when written on in ink can allow the labeling to smear when touched. This can be overcome by writing in pencil or (what I did) taping a white overlay onto each tab and writing in ink on the white paper top surface of the tape.

Staples Write-on Big Tab Dividers 5 Tab

These dividers work very well during this time of the year when you are doing end of the year filing. They are fast and efficient and get the job done. They are reusable also and you don't have to worry about the inserts and paper labels. It make it a lot easier to work with. I do a little accounting monthly and staples has always provided me with cost efficient items that save me time and also money and they are very helpful in helping me find in the store what i need to get my job done. Staples is my #1 store for all my office suppy needs.

I use binders instead of a file cabinet to file my important papers and i find it much easier to find papers when i need them

I don't like the Tabs that you have to write on need a good marker for it not to smear - etc. and a permanent you cannot remove well....

Big Tab Dividers were just what I needed

These big tab dividers were exactly what I needed to organize a complicated set of documents. They are sturdy easy to use and the colors make them easy to see. They were easy to find at staples and were reasonably priced as well. I got an extra set so that I could also use them in a notebook of music for our choral group - helping me find the exact piece of music I need when I need it - no more flipping through lots of sheets of paper to find the title I needed - just go to the divider and it's right there! I highly recommend this simle solution for organizing your documents music sheets or whatever you've got.
