I like that they're all just plain white so that I can add colors as I choose but the tab surface is slippery and doesn't hold ink - great for the "erasable and reusable" aspect" but not the "writable" part. I tried 4 different kinds of pens a couple sort-of worked but took a while to dry so I couldn't just label and move along - and then smeared quickly. I'm going to go back and see what else I can find because these are just a nuisance.
