I like these better than the slip-in tabs as those tend to fall out. The re-enforcing strip over the binder holes to keep them from tearing is great.

These dividers worked perfectly for what I needed. But the pen I got with the help from an employee did not always write. It would write a little then stop. It made some of the tabs messy. Maybe they should describe the best type of pen/marker to use for this material.
