Staples Binder

I started to use the staples binder for my payroll documents for about three years now and always buy them in blue which is our company uniform color. Also I get them in 1" size with pockets since we only have five employees. The person in charge of conducting the yearly evaluation and auditing is always pleased on how well organized the binder is. Making the process fast and efficient! I am happy to use these binders because they are durable make my job a lot easier and provide fast access & storage.

This notebook is exactly what I was looking for for something I need at work. I like the "D" ring as it keeps papers from getting "hung up". I needed a notebook that I could slide a piece of paper in the front to identify its contents and this notebook has that feature. It is very sturdy to hold all of the information I put in it and hopefully it will hold up for a long time since it is handled a lot by a lot of different people. I'm hoping the binding does not break down with all of the different people handling it on a daily basis.

we use these notebooks/binders for seperate storage of paperwork. they are lightweight and thin enough to have on the sign in/out area of our childcare center.

These binders are great for family history records. I have one for each branch of my family and it makes it easy to organize and to add research information.
