My bad for not realizing this wasn't a normal size stapler. However loading it for the 2 we bought has been terrible. The button shoots out the front a small way but then we have to pull it out manual with a tool to load staples. It may work well but only holds a little-we probably wont take the time to try it out. Too small if you staple regularly and mechanics are horrible. Will be buying new staplers and I usually like One Touch-but not this time.

Once purchased I unwrapped it and tossed the wrapping and the receipt. When I used it I realized that One side of the staple folded over but the other side was tangled/damaged/crushed. I tried it many times and it was doing the same thing. It’s probably a factory defect but I guess I can’t return it because I threw away the receipt.
