At first I wasn't even able to get staples in it. After asking many people how with no success I had to go back to Staples and get help. It was as simple as removing some tape in a location I hadn't thought of. On me for that. The stapler works well just maybe not as smooth as others. But gets the job done.

We use these to staple our credit card receipts to our register receipts. Most staplers last a month or two. Even the swingline 747 only lasted 6 months! This little guy made it nearly 4 years!!! During that time the number of card transactions has increased substantially! Fantastic little stapler!!!
