Couldn't figure out how it works! (and I'm smarter than average.) Boxed it back up but haven't had time to return it. Also I returned a Staples brand 20- sheet model that had failed. I asked about free replacement but the young lady up front said "We don't do that" - which I think was incorrect info?

We were used to the more powerful STAPLES stapler that I thought was called a One Touch as well. Imagine our surprise when this little guy arrived as well as a 30 sheet One Touch also ordered. The surprise continued though as both staplers actually work better than the ten year old original.
