Once purchased I unwrapped it and tossed the wrapping and the receipt. When I used it I realized that One side of the staple folded over but the other side was tangled/damaged/crushed. I tried it many times and it was doing the same thing. It’s probably a factory defect but I guess I can’t return it because I threw away the receipt.

This is my 2nd easy operate stapler. Works as it should. Crazy packing tape kept me from loading staples easily. Once tape was removed it was easy to load.
