It is a notebook. It is nice. It opens and it closes and it contains my papers. Do you really want me to write a paragraph about a notebook?

Purchased 6 when they were on sale for a large project. Notebooks will not be handled daily so no need for the heavier more expensive ones. Also great color choices.

I needed a slim notebook. This notebook was the right size and the right price.

The rings on this binder are not round with the gap in the middle. These rings have a straight up side. This allows for filling to capacity. Staples had lots of these in stock during back-to-school shopping time. Lots of colors to choose from and the price was reasonable.

Fine as far as cheap binders go.
