Gets the job done but nothing special

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall these tabs were helpful in helping me stay organized in the office but didn't provide anything over the top to differentiate them from other dividers. I appreciated the ability to write directly on the tab and then reuse/rename the tabs as I updated the contents of my binder. However it took a lot of pressure to erase the pencil marks from my writing and even then the previous writing never fully disappeared as I wrote over it with a new area header. Because of this I didn't attempt writing in pen because I didn't want to lose the ability to edit the tab in the future. Despite that I like that I can erase and re-write on the tabs this makes reorganizing and renaming binders so much easier than older tabs that require specific size papers to fill the tabs! It also allowed me to show my creativity being able to use color and fun script writing to express my personality. The biggest disappointment with these dividers was the hole reinforcements. They ripped easily and did not hold up well to normal daily wear and tear of flipping opening and turning pages in a binder. I had to self-reinforce several of the dividers to keep them operational. Overall they are functional dividers but if you are a heavy user and are going to use them frequently I would look for ones that have better hole reinforcements and better paper to be able to erase and re-write on.

No more wasted dividers or stacks of stickers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I appreciate that these dividers have tabs that can be relabeled without using bulky stickers. While it is a little work to get the pencil to erase completely they are indeed reusable. I also like the paper weight these are nice and light not overly ridged like some heavier weight dividers.

Love the write and erase labels

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the ability to write/erase/rewrite on these labels! It’s such a novel idea and a great product to have! As a homeschooling family these label dividers are wonderful to use and are a great addition to our schooling and helping us stay organized. The ability to change the label and reuse over and over again is super resourceful and we love it. The paper itself is a bit thinner than I expected and can tear a little easier if not careful but overall it’s a great product!

Does the job

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will say these are ok. My daughter and I use them. She uses them for her classes and I use them to keep organize with my student papers as well as my personal files. I will say that I don’t like how thin the paper is. It feels like printing paper so I have to be careful not to rip it. I don’t like that it’s not reusable meaning once I right on the top tab part I’d have to throw it away. I’m not sure I would purchase this just because of the quality. I gave it 3 stars because it does what it was intended for which is to separate.

Great Option

My overall impression is that they're a clean slate - a nice bright white color which is perfect for decorating. I used these labels to organize a binder for school and they really did the trick! I like that the set comes with so many dividers perfect for students.

Fairly durable organizational tool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great for organizing! These dividers are thinner than card stock paper but are suprisingly durable. The hole punched side is reinforced with a tape-like function which helps make them more sturdy. THey still will tear if you pull very forcefully on the tab but are strong enough to flip 200-300 pages just by flipping with the tab. THey hold up to erasing fine. For most normal use the thinner nature of these dividers make a binder more manageable but if you needed something heavy duty you might want to go with a divider made of thicker material.

Simple and effective

I was able to use them with my children’s school information and my husband uses them for work and filing his project notes and various documents. I do like being able to customize the labels I just wish I could customize/erasing the label was on tab portion of the divider vs the inside portion close to the binder clip. It would be more effective to erase the tab for filing purposes since I can see that easier than the part closer to the inside. I have used them for multiple purposes: to file my children’s school health records school documents and special school projects. My husband is using them with his work documents so he can keep each of his projects separate from one another. I really like that I am able to make multiple categories with the number of dividers I was provided! With three children having a large supply is very helpful.

Great until they arent

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Staples Write & Erase Paper Dividers 5-Tab White 36 Sets were great. The first few erases. They work fantastic as dividers. I was so excited that I could customize my organization. And re-customize them. After about the third time I erased on them it left smudges. The fifth time it started to rub holes. They’re great if you plan on leaving them the same for a long time then erasing once or twice.
