[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn’t sure how I was going to like these when I first opened them. They are slightly thicker than printer paper but not as sturdy as card stock. (Ended up being the thing I like about them best). The bottom edge that is hole punched is reinforced which is a nice touch. As a home school mom I have files and folders and binder everywhere. One place I was having a problem organizing was the file drawer we use everyday. It has all our current month’s curriculum in it. I tried using regular folders cut down regular dividers and flags in them but I wasn’t really happy with any of them. These have solved my problem! They are perfect to subdivide my dividers. Yep I just said that. I can add them in between my old dividers and my hanging files so I can actually find what I’m looking for. Plus when something changes I can just erase my title and write the new one. No looking through drawers to find the replacement divider tabs. The second thing I like them for is in the folders we use for writing and reports. Since they aren’t bulky it really helps my kiddo stay as organized as he can and doesn’t involve adding much thickness to the folder. Plus they’re fun to color/doodle on if he needs a quick mental break. Overall I would recommend the Staples Write & Erase paper dividers to help stay organized.

Great Dividers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Gone our the days of writing on a tiny piece of paper and trying to get it in the file tab on the dividers. These dividers are great. You just write on them. Because they are paper you can use any writing utensil you don't need something special. I like that they are white so you can get creative and customize your dividers if you would like. The holes are reinforced so they won't rip at the holes. The only downside is the paper is a little thin and rips easily. I used these to organize household receipts. These are a great office supple to have on hand.

Useful for projects and reports

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These paper dividers are made from basic white paper maybe a step up in quality from standard printer paper. I like that the hole punches are reinforced with a strip of clear coating to make sure the holes don't rip easily when put into binders. It's much easier to label these compared to the tiny rectangular labels that need to be slipped into clear plastic labels on other dividers. These would be really useful for any projects reports and any other binder related projects. I wrote with pencil on the tabs and it erased the same way it would from a regular piece of paper. Be sure to use pencil or erasable ink pens if you want to erase and rewrite with these.

Versatile and Super Convenient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My overall impression of the Staples Write and Erase 5-Tab Paper Dividers is that they’re incredibly practical and well-designed. I loved how easy it was to customize each tab—being able to write and erase without damaging the surface made it simple to reorganize as my needs changed. I used these dividers to organize my work binder by project and the clear labeling helped me find what I needed quickly which definitely kept me more organized. What I liked most was the reusability. I didn’t have to worry about making a mistake or changing my mind later—just erase and rewrite. Great quality and a smart solution for anyone who wants flexible organization!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These paper dividers are just not for me. They are paper so they are very flimsy some came already bent on the verge of tearing. It does come with so many that it is ok if the rip easily because they can be replaced but I would prefer something a little more sturdy and better quality. I am using them at work to organize binders and they are great to personalize and nice to be able to erase but to me it looks messy once erased on I’d rather just use a new one. I would spend more on a sturdy divider set that has more color options to make organizing better and tabs that can be taken out to personalize and changed as needed. The tabs don’t sick out as much behind the paper in binders and I can see them not lasting long as some binders are heavy when turning with the divider. The good thing is they come in such a large bulk amount there are plenty to replace if they don’t last.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These dividers are certainly different than the old school dividers I have been using. They are easy to add to a binder without taking up cardstock room if you need the space. However they bed very easy as there is no reinforcement on the tab portion. I would call them conveniently disposable as I don't see them holding up well in a long term situation. I think I would prefer the ones with the more structured tabs versus basically a piece of paper with an extra tab on it.

Gets the job done but nothing special

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall these tabs were helpful in helping me stay organized in the office but didn't provide anything over the top to differentiate them from other dividers. I appreciated the ability to write directly on the tab and then reuse/rename the tabs as I updated the contents of my binder. However it took a lot of pressure to erase the pencil marks from my writing and even then the previous writing never fully disappeared as I wrote over it with a new area header. Because of this I didn't attempt writing in pen because I didn't want to lose the ability to edit the tab in the future. Despite that I like that I can erase and re-write on the tabs this makes reorganizing and renaming binders so much easier than older tabs that require specific size papers to fill the tabs! It also allowed me to show my creativity being able to use color and fun script writing to express my personality. The biggest disappointment with these dividers was the hole reinforcements. They ripped easily and did not hold up well to normal daily wear and tear of flipping opening and turning pages in a binder. I had to self-reinforce several of the dividers to keep them operational. Overall they are functional dividers but if you are a heavy user and are going to use them frequently I would look for ones that have better hole reinforcements and better paper to be able to erase and re-write on.

The quality is great and the white design with tabs makes it super easy to organize different subjects and documents. What I loved most was the ability to write on the tabs and erase cleanly — it’s perfect for when plans change or I reuse binders for different classes. I used these for organizing schoolwork bills and even my kids’ activities. The 36-set box is generous and will last me a long time. They’ve truly helped me stay more organized in a simple flexible way!
