Bought a new One-Touch Plus stapler to replace a One-Touch I have been using for a few years and was not working properly any more. Unfortunately that stapler is no longer available so I bought a similar stapler. This one hasn't worked properly since day one.Using premium staples they sometimes don't fold right and sometimes they break. This is not what I would expect from a brand new stapler. I wish I could still get the original model.

Added more staples pushed staple holder in and tried to staple my 2 pieces of paper. It would not staple so I tried to pull out the staple tray. It would not come out ! It would not let me do anything. I had to buy another stapler.
