I was looking for a stapler with smooth actions requiring very little pushing down and this stapler fit the bill! You just barely push down on it and it staples. I'll be buying another one for my husband's desk.

Does the job. Does it well. Feels good in my hand I stapled 20 papers together with no prob. It is definitely commercial grade. Works well in our business. Who needs an electric stapler?

Easy to handle something it skips stapling that is a disappointment.

Stapler was unable to be loaded - felt like I was going to break the red level off trying to open it. Returned it and purchased a Swingline - works like a charm.
