I cannot speak on the product b/c I bought it as a gift for a friend but I haven't heard any complaints from her as of yet.

It is a great stapler. Works smoothly quietly and consistently. Plus a good buy. Am thinking of buying a second one for my husband’s desk — his is as old as dirt. CLC

Stapler did not function. I will return it when the roads are clear of snow and ice. Will exchange for a Swingline brand stapler.
