Good binder dividers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These dividers are very strong and do not seem like they will rip- which is great for binder use. I like that they are reinforced and come with extra labels to print on- which were great to use with my printer. My only wish is that the labels could be color coded.

Template issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Staples print & apply tabbed dividers When I went to staples.com/templates to find the template for the print & apply dividers I realized the product code isn’t clearly printed anywhere on the packaging or any of the sheets that came in the box. The template download page lists SKUs & codes with “ST#####” so I looked at the barcode on the package for the SKU (didn’t find it) and found a code starting with “ST…..”. So I searched for the ST code for these and no search results populated. I visually scanned the list for this code and found the template I need and clicked to download it. No file downloaded just a bunch of jibberish loads on the page. I tried on another device and got the same results and had two other people try. The only way I’ve found to get the template is to search for this specific product and go to that page. Under the “details” section on the product page there’s a link to download the template and that one finally worked. This aspect needs to be made much easier and much clearer with template codes easy to find and files that will actually download. Once I got the template everything went smoothly. The template is easy to edit the labels fed through our printer (a Canon Pixma MX922) with no issues and came out fine and they’re easy to apply (even if you don’t need all 8 tabs). My favorite part is that the tabs on the dividers are coated to make them more durable and this makes it easy to take the labels off if you need to reorder the tabs after you print like I did. These have made my local history research much more organized and easy to locate what I need. Overall the quality of these dividers is nice and they are easy to use once you get the template. If the template download process were better I’d recommend these to anyone looking to organize documents.

Versatile but not thick

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like staying organized but I'm always critical of my own handwriting so I appreciated that these dividers came with printable labels that were easy to apply. You can easily print and label one whole set at a time making everything look uniform and professional. However when I tried to download the templates I had difficulty accessing them on my web browser which may have been a site glitch. The paper on the dividers isn't very thick so they don't feel very heavy-duty but the tabs and the three wholes are reinforced which I appreciated. It comes with 5 sets which is enough for most projects. Overall I wish they were a little thicker but I appreciate the ability to keep everything clean and organized with these dividers!

Great Quality Dividers That Keep You Organized

Unable to print labels

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently received the Staples Print & Apply Label Dividers from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I was excited to try these labels as I am a small business owner and try to stay organized with my paperwork. My kids also use binders for their extra curriculars. I went to staples.com/templates to download the appropriate template for my labels. Clicking on it as well as downloading the file just brought up a bunch of nonsense text and characters on the screen. I also tried on Edge (first attempt was Chrome) to no avail. Then I did some Googling to figure out if there was a workaround so I tried opening a label format in Word but that only allowed me to print one label which I think is missing the point of the labels. I will use these by writing on them myself but I simply cannot invest any more time in trying to figure this out.

High quality and easy to use

I love the small labels that fit into my printer so I could print instead of my messy hand writing. The number of dividers in this small package was also great. I will continue to use them.

Helpful Tool to stay organized

Even in a digital age having a system to organize paper and mail is super helpful. They are solid and easy to use. They were very easy to use with my printer. I really liked the solid feel and ability to put them in the printer.
