Usually good, but some manufacturing defects

Our office uses a lot of binders for presentations, so these are cheap and usually reliable. Except for about 15% manufacturing defects that renders some binders unusable --improperly fitted view covers, crushed corners (possibly packaging issue), etc. Staples makes returns simple, so we can return when we discover defects in the storeroom binders, but better quality control at the factory level is needed.

The 1 Inch 3-Ring Binders are the size that was needed for the project. Our preferred choice of color was white but due to them being out of stock at the time the black was sufficient.
