I thought this item would be perfect but it's not worth the time or the money. The colored plastic tabs break easily and the inserts don't fit in very well. Don't waste your time on this item.

Avery Dividers

What I thought was going to be a really nice change from the old type dividers became a time consuming burden. It took a long time to adjust the template and I ended up using address labels. The perforated tabs inserts for the labels are difficult to tear apart and the plastic colored tabs will tear if your are not careful. I will never get these again.

NOT REUSABLE

Bought these for a special, on-going project where there’ll be lots of changes. Besides looking beautiful and functional, they’re durable and would hold up to time. However, what a surprise it was to learn that the one page of 8 tab inserts included was it! Avery does not offer for sale, anywhere, additional pages so one can change divider headings, as needed.
But why would durable plastic dividers not have tabs inserts available for the next project? All regular dividers have inserts that can be changed, and this “Insertable” set would seem to have the same function.
Avery has the pages available, as one page is included in each set. If only Avery would package those in amounts of 5, 10 or 25, etc... Then, the “insertable” and “durable” dividers could be reused.
Or if we could see a template with the oval, we could print out the labels on our own card stock or paper.
Avoiding that, why does not Avery, the label company, offer labels in the oval size needed that we could print and fold to use as inserts?
These are lovely labels, and the look is terrific. It just doesn’t make any sense, however, to have durable and insertable long-lasting plastic dividers for which there’s no way to modify the original labels or reuse them.

I'm so disappointed in this product...I could get it to print fine on a regular piece of paper but it won't line up when I went to print it on the actual template. Now I have a ruined template and there are no extra's.

nice style

I like these since they are large enough to use with sheet protectors - with most other styles tabs are hidden and therefore useless. I do have to trim the labels so they will fit in the tabs (the one problem with this style).
So beautiful!! Sturdy, long, lasting material. Really adds elegance to binder presentations or simply makes your work more pleasurable!

I bought this because the design was new, eye appealing and with cool colors. However, the pages do get stuck under the tab’s bottom half. I’m going back to the top side to side loading design.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the avery insertable Style Edge Plastic Dividers, 8-Tab Set Multicolor (11201) I was able to separate all my my paperwork in my file cabinet in order to tell what and where everything is now. It is so much easier to file where all my important paper work goes now.
